Since 2004,The Arvada Associated Modelers have been putting on an annual air show that is held on the weekend after Labor day .
The Air Show is designed to give the general public an idea of what this hobby is all about.
There are several flight demonstrations, including Airplanes, Helicopters and Jets.
Our Pilots Dazzle the crowd with 3-D Aerobatics, Pattern flights, Aerial  Combat and a few even make helicpters "Dance" to the music
Several times during the show, we call for members of the crowd to come up for a bit of "Hands-on" training using club provided trainer airplanes and buddy boxes.
We have a Midway setup with several "static" displays as well as local hobby shops that come out to answer questions.
