CO University Design, Build, Fly Competition
On this weekend, students from 3 of our local universities will be competing against each other with their aeronautical engineering project planes. Feel free to come out and watch the event as the students fly to complete 3 sets of “tasks”.
The event will be at the AAM West field, but we are NOT closing it to normal club flying. The students have agreed to cooperate and coordinate with club pilots who wish to fly. Student competition flights are expected to be spaced out in time, so there should be ample time for club members. Please communicate with the teams.
