 world problems like making maps! 10-15 master's level students will join u
 s to participate in UAV missions to collect GIS data that will be used wit
 h GIS software to create DEMs\, DSMs and run calculations to figure 3D vol
 umetric solutions. We will be flying a hexacopter and a fixed-wing aircraf
 t to demonstrate the capabilities of autonomous flight and GIS data collec
