 ary business purpose of this meeting will be to elect a new Club President
 .&nbsp\; At least one candidate has agreed to be nominated and run for ele
 ction.&nbsp\; Others are also welcome and encouraged to be nominated and r
 un.&nbsp\; Their bio’s and information will be provided separately.&nbsp
 \; Those candidates will also be given a chance to say a few words\, on th
 eir own behalf\, at the meeting prior to the vote.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nVoting Ru
 les\n\nAt all Business Meetings of the Club each Member shall have a vote 
 as set forth in Article IV\, Section 4 depending on their class of Members
 hip and may take part and vote in person only.\n\nUnless otherwise specifi
 cally provided by the Bylaws\, a majority vote of those voting Members pre
 sent and voting shall govern. Voting on issues involving the two-thirds vo
 te requirement must be by secret ballot.\n\nAll other issues (including el
 ections) may be by show of hands\, ayes and nays\, or closed ballot at the
  discretion of the Club Officer or Nominating Committee presiding at the M
 eeting.\n\nEveryone is encouraged to come and support the election process
